How to keep safety from welding equipments and welding torch?

Welders need certain welding equipment and protective clothing for safety during using welding torch and welding equipment. Here are some of the most significant safety tools:


Welding Helmets – A welding helmet protects head and face from catching fire and provides protection to eyes from the flash, from the glare and extreme temperature of the flame. The plate on the outside of helmet must be made of polymer plastic to protect from UV rays.


Welding Gloves - welders use gloves for protect hand from sparks, burns and electrical shock from welding torch. Gauntlet gloves will also protect welder’s upper arms and wrists.


Boots – welder’s boots are fire retardant and above the ankle because they will protect from fire. Confirm also that you lace them all of the way and put your pants inside the boots keep welder protected during welding.


General Welding Safety procedures – welder are wearing right garments manufactured from heavy 100% cotton or wool. defend against open flames and any hot metal that sparks. Do not wear synthetic fabrics; they are straightforward to start on fire.
